I’m Deniz, a creative and enthusiastic designer with over 12 years experience producing for print and digital media, and 2 years managing a global team of designers at ONE. Doing a masters program at Chelsea College of Art and Design is what brought me to London in 2007. I also love illustrating and screen printing.

I currently work for ONE as Design Manager, in the Brand Team. I head a team of 4 designers and illustrators across US, UK and Nigeria.
My day-to-day work includes continuosly looking for ways to improve process for designers and for collaborations, building relationships with other teams and external creatives, managing the designers' work load, leading or joining brainstorms for new campaigns, taking on my share of design work, all the while making sure our work reflects our values and inclusive principles as an organisation.
